Welcome to BBFans (“App”, “we”, “our”, “us”). By downloading or using this app, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

By using BBFans, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use BBFans.

3. Use of the App

You agree to use BBFans only for lawful purposes. You must not:

Post content that is offensive, abusive, or illegal.

We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these rules.

4. User Accounts

You may be required to sign in using Firebase Authentication (email/password or supported methods).
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account.
We are not liable for any unauthorized use of your account.

5. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of the content you post (comments, reviews, discussions).
By posting, you grant BBFans a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display and share your content within the app.
We reserve the right to remove content that violates these Terms.

6. Advertising & Third-Party Services

BBFans uses AdMob (Google Ads) to display advertisements. Ads may be personalized based on your settings.
BBFans integrates with Firebase (authentication, analytics, crash reporting).
By using the app, you also agree to the privacy policies of these third-party providers.

7. Tracking & Permissions (iOS Specific)

BBFans uses NSUserTrackingUsageDescription to request permission to track user activity across apps and websites for personalized ads.
You may opt out at any time by adjusting your device settings.

8. Disclaimer of Liability

BBFans is a fan community app and is not officially affiliated with or endorsed by Big Brother Naija, Multichoice, or any related entities.
We are not responsible for the accuracy of user-generated content.
We provide the app “as is” without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for:

Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
Damages resulting from interruptions, errors, or unauthorized access.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account if you violate these Terms or misuse the app.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted in the app with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of BBFans after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
